Today's Career Reality:
According to the American Society for Training and Development - State
of the Industry Report 2005; the average working person in the US now
receives only four days of training each year.
Three
of these days are spend on functional skills, such as: IT systems,
company processes and industry-specific skills etc.
Only
one of these four days are spend on what really matters in the long run
and that is personal skills, such as: leadership, time management,
communication skills, anger management and career development etc.
 Just ask yourself, when was the
last time that your company offered you training that would benefit you
personally?
When was the last time you had
private time with a coach or consultant, who focused entirely on what
you need and want?
When was the last time your boss
sat down and really listened to you and assisted you in achieving your
personal success?

Dan, has been writing training program’s for security
companies and police departments. He has instructed on security and
protection courses world-wide for security officers, bodyguards, police
officers, counter assault teams and surveillance detection units. Dan
currently acts as Senior Advisor at Dynsec
Group Inc and was the chairman of the World Federation of Bodyguards
from 2000-2008. He has a private business as a Security & Protection
Consultant and training program designer. He also teaches Executive Protection,
Marketing & Business Management to security businesses, entrepreneurs and
